Blackened Salmon with Multi-colored Orzo Pasta and Mango Salsa
Pan fried in light olive oil, these 4 oz. Atlantic Salmon filets are dipped in a flavorful Cajun Blackening Seasoning and cooked to perfection.  Paired with a beautiful Multi-colored Orzo Pasta and a fresh Mango Salsa made with cubed Mangos, diced Tomatoes and Red Onions with Lime Juice and Jalapeño Peppers.

Veal Marsala
Veal Scaloppini pounded thin and dusted with Flour, Salt, and  Pepper.  Sautéed in Butter, Olive Oil, Shallots, Garlic, and Mushrooms until golden brown.  The pan is then deglazed with a sweet Marsala Wine and finished with Beef Stock, Cream, and Rosemary.  Served over a bed of Gourmet Fettuccine.

Steak Diane
Filet of Beef Tenderloins sautéed in Butter and rubbed with Dijon Mustard then sprinkled with Worcestershire Sauce and deglazed with Brandy.  The sauce is finished with a thick Mushroom Beef Stock, Red Wine, Cream, and Chives.  For a touch of France in your own home.
